the hotel location was great! i also got to use the facilities at other magic hotels, including magic robin hood, magic splash, and magic rocks. the pools at those locations were amazing, so it more than made up for the pool here! the all-inclusive option was a good value.
i noticed some wait times for lifts at certain hours.

The location was convenient for accessing nearby shops. the staff was friendly and offered good service. food in the buffet was varied. I found something i liked each day.
the room was a bit small, and it felt cramped at times. i noticed the lifts were often slow! the noise from the street was quite noticeable at night.

I found the beds comfortable after long days. The location allowed quick access to other hotels through the inclusive program. I found different alternatives for breakfast, very good!
The sulphur odor from the pool water was present for a week. I did not enjoy it.
